To add color, I brought the drawing into Photoshop. The first thing I did was create a set and choose Overlay as the blending mode. Next I made two layers - one filled with blue and then one above that filled with yellow. Then I just create a mask for the yellow layer which masks out all of the areas that are going to be blue. Gray areas in the mask become a mix of yellow and blue.
